In this week you will begin a few new habits that will ultimately help you be happier and create the changes you want. Your actions determine what you accomplish and what you experience in your life. It’s important to choose actions that give you the support and awareness that help you make good decisions and move forward into a new way of being. The combination of 12-step meetings, journaling, and reading is a powerful set of tools to help you increase your awareness of yourself and what is happening in your life. You will also be introduced to new ideas and perspectives that can change how you look at life and the choices you make.

Remember that you will get out of this program what you put in to it. So make this a priority and allow yourself the opportunity to get the maximum benefit from this work.
