Blue Binder Project Coach
blue binder coach Tamara

Hello, my name is Tamara and I am one of the Blue Binder Project Coaches. I am an Oregon Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have been working in the behavioral health field for over 6 years. I firmly believe that challenging life circumstances, although often painful, can be a time to better understand and forgive ourselves. Through the Blue Binder Project, I support clients to use this difficult time as an opportunity to make positive changes in the ways they think and behave. The most important elements that I offer are empathy, enthusiasm and the skill to help clients discover what will be most satisfying to them!

Education and Professional Affiliations

Oregon Licensed Clinical Social Worker

As a coach For Blue Binder Project, I am inspired and grateful to be a part of a program that assists clients in making profound life changes. The comprehensive multi-dimensional curriculum, combined with the one-on-one coaching sessions invites clients to get in touch with a place of depth and wisdom within themselves. And when this happens ( which I have witnessed clients experiencing many times), a more meaningful, positively directed, fulfilling and beautiful life emerges.”

On a personal note:

I have lived and traveled in over 25 countries. These experiences helped me discover an appreciation for varied cultures and the understanding that all human beings are worthy of contentment and joy. Now, as I once again call Portland home, I love playing with my young daughter, taking nature walks, playing tennis, and cheering for the Denver Broncos! I also play the flute and love performing at my daughter’s school.

"Positive life change can come out of challenges and adversity. In fact, when viewed in a constructive way, challenges have the potential of bringing out the best in us."
