Blue Binder Project Coach
blue binder coach Sharon

Hello, my name is Sharon and I’m one of the Blue Binder Project Coaches. I am an Oregon Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have had the honor of working with amazing clients for 15 years as a therapist and now as a coach. I believe it’s important to nurture the resilience within us. You are capable and deserving of the opportunity for a fresh start, and the Blue Binder Project is a great way to begin. By examining your values and priorities, you’ll gain an awareness of what’s missing and what needs to change in your life. I’ll invite you to view life from a new perspective, encourage you to try doing things differently, and help you to develop the skills and confidence to overcome fear and begin taking steps to create a more enjoyable and purposeful life.

“When starting BBP, clients generally feel overwhelmed and fearful of what lays ahead. Helping them move from a state of uncertainty to one of confidence and hope upon completion is inspiring. As a BBP coach, I support clients as they evaluate their lives, redefine their values, and develop a plan to achieve a more meaningful and happy life. It’s a growth opportunity that anyone can benefit from, and I highly recommend it! “

On a personal note:

Originally from California, I moved to Oregon in 1991 and there’s no place I’d rather be. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, treasure hunting at thrift stores, spoiling my cats, and doing DIY projects.

"Life is full of challenges, and though difficult at times, they provide us with an opportunity for growth and self-discovery."
