Hello, my name is Derica and I am the Window of Clarity Senior Coach. My goal is to provide the support and accountability to get the most out of your Window of Clarity experience. I have loved being a coach and therapist for over 20 years. I am a masters level therapist, licensed in Oregon and Washington. I see my role as helping you manage life’s challenges with both clinical expertise and compassionate support. Part of growth and change is about gaining new skills to better create what you want and to handle what is difficult in life. It is not just about talking about it. It is about taking charge of your life and doing something different. Window of Clarity is a phenomenal program geared to help you do exactly that.

On a personal note:

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and, after a few sunny years in Denver, CO, again live in Portland, OR with my two kiddos. I love gardening and hiking, camping and days at the coast, rain or shine. I love to read and practice yoga to relax. I am passionate about my own continued growth as well as supporting others to find their own version of happiness and satisfaction with life.
