Hello, my name is Derica and I am one of the Blue Binder Project Coaches. I am also the Blue Binder Project Program Coordinator. My goal is to provide the support and accountability to help you get the most out of your Blue Binder Project experience. I have loved being a coach and therapist for over 20 years. I am a masters level therapist, licensed in Oregon. I see my role as helping you manage life’s challenges with both clinical expertise and compassionate support. Part of growth and change is about gaining new skills to better create what you want and to handle what is difficult in life. It’s not just about talking about it. It’s about taking charge of your life and doing something different. The Blue Binder Project is a phenomenal program geared to help you do exactly that.
