Hello, my name is Adrienne and I am one of the Blue Binder Project Coaches. I am an Oregon Licensed Professional Counselor, a Washington Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor. I have over 6 years experience in the field and I am passionate about what I do! I see difficult life events as something to approach with understanding and empathy. I encourage clients to examine how their current circumstances are influencing their decision making and outcomes. I listen and offer clients a new perspective to support them to make the changes they want in life. The Blue Binder Project is all about helping clients take a negative experience and turn it into a positive one, an opportunity rather than a setback. I am here to encourage clients to move forward, to grow from this experience without getting caught up in self-criticism or shame. I believe everyone, no matter how hard their current circumstances, should be treated with compassion and respect.

“Some major life events are messy and difficult to whether gracefully. Blue Binder Project provides our clients with the space, time, and personal consideration they need to evaluate their life circumstances in a way that provides perspective when it’s needed most. I’ve observed clients transform from being paralyzed to empowered over the 8-week coaching period. It’s amazing what a little time spent on oneself can do.”
